The hotel is very nice. The rooms and room windows need a small refresh though but it is very decent and clean. There is enough space in terms of wardrobe and lockers. The breakfast is superb, so is the gym which is very big on the top floor with modern equipment. If you are not willing to have a dinner out, the bar serves perfect food. I have been staying multiple times in the NH and will continue going back there. The cherry on the cake is the super super friendly and smiling staff. On top of that, the staff does not change, it is always the same people who are really there to make your stay an enjoyable stay. Kudos to the NH staff : in the breakfast area, the reception and the bar.

Hotel is very clean. A very lavish breakfast buffet with something for everyone. The hotel has a good restaurant and the waiter serving us was very good at his job. Beds are comfortable and bedding feels fresh.

We liked the service of the staff, in particular the receptionist, Patrick. From the chat on the phone to confirm the accommodation for our pup to the pleasant smiles and readiness to serve and answer our questions upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed with a blanket and bowls for our Alma. There was a lot of green area on the hotel grounds for Alma to have a stroll safely. The trip was a 1 night stay, but it was enough to leave us with a good impression for our next visit to Luxembourg.

Amazing experience ! The location was great, with a private parking. The room was big and clean, there was even space for my 5 years old to create a play area. We ate at the restaurant in the evening , the staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a kids area in the restaurant which was very useful and convenient. In the morning the breakfast was really great and complete , they even had a donut corner and a waffle corner where you could bake your own waffles ! My kid loved it ! The chef even helped him to bake his waffle, this was super toughfull. There was also a kids area in the breakfast restaurant. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and we will come back in the future !

the check in and out process was fast and very efficient while staff was very professional. Room size was perfect, wit sufficient lightening inside. Cleanliness was on a high level and room equipement was nice and well maintained. Especially what I rate as very convenient is to provide an option not to apply for room service during the stay as this is really very eco friendly and for two night stay very reasonable. moreover there is a free of charge during at hotle bar if free of room service duing the stay. Breakfast was just perfect and special thanks to a very good restaurant services. Parking at site available.

we had a fantastic experience with the reception staff at NH Hotel during our stay. A special thanks to Cheikh, who went above and beyond to facilitate our check-in and ensure all our needs were accommodated. His professionalism and welcoming attitude truly set the tone for our visit. Additionally, Theresa made the check-out process seamless and was incredibly helpful, making our departure just as pleasant as our arrival.

Broadly speaking, this hotel is very good. It's easily accessible by bus (free in Luxembourg), the staff is very kind and everything looks nice - the furniture and decoration is modern and good looking!

Its a very nice airport hotel. Its less than 10 minutes walk from Airport due to having to walk around the renovations being made to the airport. The staff are friendIy and helpful especially "Chekh" who was on reception when I checked in and was so helpful. I had a large double bed in a spacious room which was very clean, the room had a complimentary large bottle of water and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is reasonably priced and value for money compared to most hotels in Luxembourg. The hotel is only 15 minutes from the centre of Luxembourg and I used bus 29 going to "Hesper, Cite Um Schlass" from the Quai 3 bus stop in front of the airport to get around. Public transport in Luxembourg is free for locals and tourists.

Large comfortable room; we were traveling with our dog and they even had a bed set up alongside a bowl of water! Dinner downstairs was delicious. Great location to the airport, an easy 5 minute walk to the entrance.
